Terms of Service

These terms govern every order, top-up and integration on Pharaoh. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.

Last updated: November 2026

1. The service

Pharaoh is a self-service SMM panel that resells social media growth services — followers, likes, views, subscribers, members, traffic and similar — for a set of supported platforms. Orders are fulfilled automatically by our integrations; delivery characteristics (speed, stability, refill window) depend on the individual service and are displayed before ordering.

We are a technical service provider. We do not manage social media accounts on your behalf and we do not guarantee any specific outcome on third-party platforms, including follower retention beyond a service's stated refill window, engagement reach, or compliance actions taken by the platforms themselves.

2. Accounts

You register with an email address, a username and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate registration information. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or banned; suspended accounts lose access to the dashboard until resolved.

3. Orders and delivery

An order consists of a service, a public link to a profile or post, and a quantity between the service's stated minimum and maximum. The cost — rate × quantity ÷ 1,000, plus the number of runs when drip-feed is used — is deducted from your balance when the order is placed. Orders must target public pages; links to private content cannot be fulfilled.

Status values (pending, in progress, completed, partial, cancelled) and counts are reported live in the dashboard and through the API. Delivery speed varies per service; drip-feed spreads delivery over the interval you configure.

4. Payments and balance

Top-ups are processed in cryptocurrency through our payment gateway (OxaPay), with a $10 minimum per top-up. Your balance is prepaid and is consumed by the orders you place. Refunds of partial deliveries are credited back to the same balance. Balances have no expiry but hold no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Refills and cancellations

Refill and cancellation are service-level features, not universal rights: they are available only where the service exposes them. Refill requests must fall inside the window displayed on the service (for example 30 days or lifetime). Cancellations apply only to orders that have not completed.

6. Refunds

When an order completes partially, the undelivered share is refunded to your balance automatically, calculated as cost × remaining ÷ quantity and rounded to 4 decimals. The refund policy page describes the details, including what is not covered.

7. API and reselling

The API gives you programmatic access to the same catalogue and rules as the dashboard. API keys are personal: do not share them, and regenerate them if compromised. As a reseller, you are responsible for the orders you place through the API, for the links your customers submit, and for honouring the refill and cancellation rules of the services you resell. Excessive or abusive API use may be rate-limited or suspended.

8. Affiliate program

Commission accrues on orders placed by customers attributed to your referral link, according to your tier. Commissions mature after a holding period and may be clawed back — proportionally on refunds, fully on confirmed chargebacks. Self-referrals, spam, incentive traffic and misleading promotion of the platform are prohibited and void commissions.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use Pharaoh to promote content that is illegal or that violates the target platform's terms, to harass or defraud anyone, to launder funds, to attack the platform itself (scraping beyond the API, automated abuse of sign-up, ticket flooding), or to resell access to Pharaoh's own interface as if it were yours. We may refuse, cancel or refund-and-cancel any order that we assess as violating these terms.

10. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability, but maintenance, upstream provider incidents or events beyond our control may interrupt it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not stated in these terms and limit our liability to the amounts you actually paid for the affected orders; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of audience, revenue or reputation on third-party platforms.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the current version is always the one published on this page. Material changes that affect orders already placed are handled according to the rules in force at the time those orders were accepted.

12. Disputes and contact

Questions about these terms, and any dispute, go first through the ticket system in your dashboard so we can resolve them against your actual order data. These terms are governed by the law of the country where Pharaoh's operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
