Refund Policy

Refunds on Pharaoh are mostly automatic: when an order is not delivered in full, the undelivered share comes back to your balance without you asking.

Last updated: November 2026

1. Automatic proportional refunds

When an order completes partially, the platform measures the remaining quantity and credits the matching share of the cost back to your wallet balance automatically. The calculation is cost × remains ÷ quantity, rounded to 4 decimals. The credit appears in your balance history with the order it belongs to — no ticket needed.

2. Refills

Some services guarantee stability for a window (for example 30 days or lifetime) and expose a refill action. If the delivered count drops inside that window, request a refill from the order's actions in the dashboard or through the API refill endpoint: the missing amount is re-delivered rather than refunded. Services without a refill flag offer no refill guarantee after completion.

3. Cancellations

On services flagged with cancellation, an order that has not completed can be cancelled from the dashboard or the API. The undelivered part is not charged forward once the cancellation is processed. Completed orders cannot be cancelled.

4. What is not covered

  • Orders delivered in full — the service performed as specified.
  • Drop-offs outside the refill window on refill-enabled services, or at any time on services without a refill flag.
  • Orders targeting private, deleted or renamed pages, or links submitted incorrectly — it is your responsibility to submit a public, correct link before ordering.
  • Platform-side consequences on third-party networks (reach, account restrictions, removals), which no growth service can control or warrant.

5. How refund credits work

Refund credits are applied to your Pharaoh wallet balance and are available for future orders immediately. Top-ups that have already been consumed by delivered orders are not reversible; if you believe a top-up was made in error, contact support through a ticket before placing orders with it.

6. Chargebacks and abuse

Cryptocurrency payments are credited by signed callbacks; opening a payment dispute after services were delivered does not create a refund. Confirmed chargebacks lead to account suspension and, for accounts involved in the affiliate program, to full commission clawbacks on the affected orders.

7. Questions

If a refund or refill seems wrong, open a ticket from your dashboard with the order ID — support answers in-thread with the exact accounting of the order.
