Answers

Everything customers ask before ordering

What is an SMM panel?

An SMM panel is a web application where you order social media growth services — followers, likes, views, subscribers and similar — from a prepaid balance. Pharaoh aggregates these services for 25+ platforms in one catalogue and delivers them automatically.

How much does it cost?

Every service has a fixed rate per 1,000 units shown before you order. The cost of an order is rate × quantity ÷ 1,000, billed with 4-decimal precision. Each service also declares a minimum and maximum quantity.

How do I pay?

Top-ups are processed in cryptocurrency through OxaPay. You pick the amount, OxaPay hosts the invoice, you pay from any crypto wallet, and your Pharaoh balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed on the network.

Is there a minimum top-up?

Yes — $10 per top-up. There is no subscription and no minimum monthly spend; your balance only decreases when you place orders.

How do I track an order?

Every order in the dashboard shows its live status (pending, in progress, completed, partial or cancelled) plus the start count and the remaining quantity. The same data is available through the API status action.

What is a refill?

Some services guarantee stability over a window — for example 30 days or lifetime, as displayed on the service. If the delivered count drops inside that window, you can request a refill from the dashboard or the API refill action, and the missing amount is re-delivered.

Can I cancel an order?

On services flagged with cancellation, an order that has not completed yet can be cancelled from the dashboard or the API cancel action. Services without the flag cannot be cancelled once placed.

What happens if an order is only partially delivered?

The refund is automatic: the undelivered share — cost × remains ÷ quantity, rounded to 4 decimals — is credited back to your wallet balance. No ticket required.

What is drip-feed?

Drip-feed spreads one order over several deliveries: you choose a number of runs (2 to 1,000) and an interval between runs (5 to 43,200 minutes). The total cost is the per-run cost multiplied by the number of runs.

Do you have an API for resellers?

Yes. Pharaoh exposes the standard SMM panel API v2 at https://pharaohpanel.com/api/v2 with balance, services, add, status, refill, refill_status and cancel actions. Generate your key in the dashboard's API view. See the API page for the full documentation.

How does the affiliate program work?

Share your referral link; a referred visitor who registers within 30 days is attributed to you for life. You earn commission on their orders — 1.5% by default, up to 5% at the VIP tier. Commissions mature after a holding period (14 days by default) to protect against refunds, and payouts start at $10 via USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) or PayPal.

Which languages is the interface available in?

English, French, Spanish, German and Arabic — switchable from the header on any page.

Is my account data safe?

Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, never in plain text. Payment callbacks are HMAC-verified before any balance is credited. Private areas such as the dashboard are excluded from search engines, and support conversations live in your ticket history only.

Still unsure about something?

Open a ticket from your dashboard — support replies in-thread.
